Sometimes it’s better to remain silent and thought the fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt:
“Your honor that’s totally unconstitutional. How can you force his father to take his weapons from his house?” – Dell “Super Dell” Schanze moments before being placed in handcuffs by a judge. According to the Salt Lake Tribune, “Schanze was sitting in the front row of the courtroom waiting for his own appearance on two charges of harassing wildlife while a court appearance was proceeding with a man who had a lengthy arrest record on drug charges and was currently in court for alleged possession of stolen ammunition.
“Wells told the man she would release him from custody pending his trial but he had to agree to not possess guns, ammunition or other dangerous weapons, and his father had to remove all those items from his home if the accused man lived there as planned.
“That prompted Schanze to stand up and address Wells.”
