San Juan County wind farm hearings

The wind farm issue in San Juan County started as far back as 2003 and has lead to what appears to be USDA grant fraud, bankruptcy fraud, political payoffs, and special treatment. This entire wind farm mess in San Juan County is the result of federal renewable energy programs that have lead to this political corruption and appears to have ties to the Bishop’s land initiative. Is a Wind Farm Really the Answer?

Blue Mountain Wind Project gave the San Juan County Commissioners a presentation on Monday  about their project.  Blue Mountain Wind has two partners Champlin and Greenbriar. The acquisition of Blue Mountain was completed through Greenbriar Capital Corp’s wholly owned subsidiary Greenbriar Capital Holdco, Inc., which signed a definitive membership interest purchase agreement with Champlin Windpower, LLC, of Santa Barbara, Calif.
